Types of Services Provided

Design Only will include the following:

-    In home consultation

-   Review of the project scope, budget, style, and timeline

-   A proposal, including high-level design, scope, budget, and schedule

-   Signing of the contract

-   (For this option, the Client will hire a contractor to implement the design. The contractor will be responsible for product/material sourcing, following the design, ensuring quality control, and completing the project according to the schedule)

Design and Procurement will include the following:

-   All steps included in the Design Only Option

-   In addition, procuring/sourcing all products and materials included and agreed upon in the design

-   (For this option, the Client will still need to hire a contractor to carry out the work and implement the design. The contractor will be responsible for following the design, ensuring quality control, and completing the project according to the schedule)

  Full Service - Design, Procurement, and Project Management will include the following:

-   All steps included in Design and Procurement Option

-   In addition, managing the project, including providing access to individual trades people to carry out the work

-   Insuring quality control, adherence to project design, budget, and schedule

-   NOTE: (This is the most budget friendly option as it reduces the cost of hiring a contractor. It is also quicker and less complicated. Depending on the size of the project, this option may not be suitable for some)

The Process

- If you are ready to proceed with a In Home Consultation, book an appointment

- You will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding your project

- During the In Home Consultation we will discuss the scope of your project, the style you are looking for, your budget and timeline

- A proposal will be prepared for you, which will include the following: High-level Design, Budget, Scope, Schedule, and Service Type

- Review and Signing of the Contract

- Based on the Service Type agreed upon, we will proceed with the project (Please see Service Types above and all steps included in each)
